Course Details

The construction industry is constantly evolving, and effective site management and supervision are critical components of a successful construction project. As a site supervisor or construction manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Over five days, we will cover a range of topics from site planning and preparation to health and safety management, project quality, and productivity management, and site handover and closeout.

You will learn about the key responsibilities of a site supervisor, the common challenges faced, and the relevant laws and regulations that apply.
