Overview

A competency framework defines the knowledge, skills, and attributes needed for people within an organization. Each individual role will have its own set of competencies needed to perform the job effectively. To develop this framework, you need to have an in-depth understanding of the roles within your business.

This course delivers in-depth content covering the design, implementation, and application of Competency Frameworks to identify, train, develop, and improve the return on investment achieved through the human resource. With the Human Capital being one of the most expensive budget items, the organizations with the ability to maximize potential and talent will deliver higher profitability and greater investment.
