Goals direct our actions and provide clear direction by identifying tasks to be done within a specific timeline for specific purposes. In a business context, setting goals serves as a powerful tool to motivate employees and keep them on track, ensuring accountability, productivity, and efficiency. However, setting appropriate goals is not always an easy task as they need to be aligned with the team. OKRs or “Objectives and Key Results” are a goal-setting tool used by the world’s leading organizations to develop appropriate goals and define milestones to achieve them. OKRs are effective for monitoring progress, fostering alignment, and encouraging participation to achieve these goals. LPC has created this engaging course to equip you with skills and knowledge to set and implement OKRs within your organization. The curriculum covers the fundamentals of goal setting and OKRs, the OKR process, OKRs in leadership and management, and techniques for measuring and updating OKRs.
