However, setting appropriate goals is not always an easy task as they need to be aligned with the team. OKRs or “Objectives and Key Results” are a goal-setting tool used by the world’s leading organizations to develop appropriate goals and define milestones to achieve them. OKRs are effective for monitoring progress, fostering alignment, and encouraging participation to achieve these goals.
